Why do men have it better than women?

26 Jan

Have you ever wondered?

1. They get to keep their last name by default.
2. Wedding dress – $5000; tux rental – $100.
3. Chocolate is just another snack.
4. They can wear a white T-shirt to a water park.
5. Car mechanics tell them the truth.
6. The world is their urinal.
7. Wrinkles add character.
8. People never stare at their chest when they’re talking to them.
9. The occasional well-rendered belch is practically expected.
10. New shoes don’t cut, blister, or mangle their feet.
11. Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat.
12. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase.
13. They can open all their own jars.
14. They get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness.
15. If someone forgets to invite them, he or she can still be their friend.
16. Their underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack.
17. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough.
18. They are unable to see wrinkles in their own clothes.
19. The same hair style lasts for years, maybe decades.
20. They don’t have to shave below their neck.
21. Their belly usually hides their big hips.
22. One wallet and one pair of shoes, one color, all seasons.
23. They have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.
35. They can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives, on December 24, in 45 minutes.

Doesn’t quite seem fair, does it LOL? What do you think? Do you think men have it better?

About Me
Kaily Hart, a seemingly straight-laced mother of four left corporate America and a high-powered, lucrative career to be a stay at home mom. Ha! That lasted about four weeks, during which time she realized she had a deeply repressed dream – to write. And romance at that! By day, Kaily plays conservative wife and soccer mom, but at night crafts hot and steamy tales of romance and love with gorgeous heroes who wouldn’t dream of leaving the toilet set up. Ever. She’s smart and sassy, at least in her own mind, and is trying her best to bring the alpha male solidly back to contemporary romance, one hot story at a time. Two years ago she never would have thought she’d be doing this, but now that she is? Well, you couldn’t pay her enough to do anything else.

Kaily’s books, PICTURE THIS and PAY UP are available now from Ellora’s Cave.

If anyone would want to contact me (which I would love by the way) or just keep up with what I’m doing, you can find me all over:

Oh, you are soooo right! lol With the exception that my husband is just as much a chocoholic as I am, if not more! And, he can talk way longer than I do on the phone. Well, okay, maybe we share even time on the phone. 🙂 But, the rest, well, it doesn’t seem fair, does it?? lol

Tricia, yeah! And I was thinking…there are some men that (even if they don’t) probably should shave below the neck. Just sayin!

Yep, it’s unfair. Plus gray hair looks good on them. On me? Not so much. Sheesh.

One of my kids asked me the other day about the white hair she could see. “It’s blonde, not white,” I replied hysterically. LOL. No fair.
